Town & Country Credit Union Announces Promotions

Cody Schafer has been promoted to Branch Manager at Town & Country. Schafer was hired at the credit union in 2017 as a Financial Services Officer. Originally from Beulah, Schafer earned his finance and investment degree from the University of North Dakota. Schafer brings 10 years of experience with many financial products including personal and business checking and savings accounts, home equity lines of credit and personal loans. In his new role, he will continue to assist members with their personal loan products as well as manage and lead branch staff. Schafer is located at the credit union's Eagle Run location in West Fargo.

Laura Bryson has been promoted from Assistant Branch Manager to Branch Manager at the credit union's 32nd Avenue office. Bryson, who joined Town & Country this year, attended the University of North Dakota and currently resides in Argusville. Bryson has spent the last five years employed in the credit union industry and is currently the President of the Red River Chapter of Credit Unions. In her new role, she will continue to provide consumer lending and deposit products to members while overseeing branch staff.

Tyler Ventzke has been promoted from Lead Member Services Representative to Assistant Branch Manager. Ventzke, who joined the credit union in 2015, has resided in the Fargo-Moorhead area his entire life. He obtained his bachelor's degree in advertising with a minor in communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Ventzke brings over three years of member services experience to his new role. As Assistant Branch Manager he will be responsible for supervising the member services team and assisting the Branch Manager with consumer lending and deposit products.

Kirsten Solway, who joined the credit union this year, has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. The Fargo native earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Solway has spent the last six years working within the credit union industry and has held a variety of roles. Solway brings valuable customer service experience and knowledge of personal and business accounts to her new role. She will now be responsible for supervising member services staff and opening personal and business accounts. Her office is located at the credit union's Eagle Run location in West Fargo.
